Just for the fun of it.

In my pen and ink art class that I teach at Sacramento City College, we studied the work of illustrator Ralph Steadman of "Fear and Loathing in Ls Vegas fame. I took out my crow quill pen and bottle of ink and did a demo. Had no idea how my effort was going to turn out, but I had fun doing it. Oh, and I also used the tip of my fore finger for the dark areas in the hair, face, and around the beard.

An excellent work, David. It is so very striking! I love that my appreciation for different mediums is growing by leaps and bounds just due to reading blogs!
