Tis The Season

Watercolored this one a few years ago. Not much snow so far in the Sierras, but I know the skiers have there fingers crossed. I ski snow by the way. In fact, I am a Native Californian and . . . ya ain't gonna believe this but TRUE . . . I have never been in falling snow . . . whao!!!!!

Great action and scenery, David. What you've never been in falling snow. Then you've never visited Maine in winter, I bet. You'll need to rectify that soon. Snow is great.

My son was a forest fire Hot Shot in Bishop, California for two years. He was in LOVE with the Sierras. Your painting is wonderful with nature, action and color. I wish I knew how to ski. I live in Kansas, right next door to Colorado, so I really have no excuse.
