My first 6 inch by 8 inch.

I have never painted a portrait this small, but Karen Jurick and Carol Marine do it all the time. This was painted with a quarter inch wide flat brush. I'll try some more in the future and bump up the color saturation.

Hard to believe this is so small...at first I thought it was much bigger.
Gwen below looks awesome too.

Cynthia, Isn't it great how one can paint such a small study?

Astonishing. Small is difficult. I like a sweep of brush, but do the small, just not portrait mostly.

Good for you. A wonderful portrait.

Your fan in Toronto.
