Remember everybody that your self portraits are due end of June, and I'll post them all beginning of July. But where do you send them? Shoot them off to me at: sushi3@mac.com. I'm still researching if all the photo files should be put in a slide form or what. Any ideas on the best and most effective way to display our self portraits on my blog?

Hi David,
You could use a Flickr file. But I've noticed my Skype drawings have to be adjusted in the file, because they look bitmapped in the larger size. Still, that's a super display format.
Love this portrait. Gosh, I better get to work on that, but I have to finish Oprah's portrait first!!!
Ciao,
Barbara
P.S. I gave you the Kreativ Blogger award.
I was working on truncated faces this afternoon and then to my great surprise and delight I find this great portrait! It is my favorite of those I have seen of you by you. Just goes to show you "great minds....."
Hi David- IF you have iphoto, you can save any jpg file you receive in an email. Just ask for the biggest file a fellow artist can send to you. I like your current portrait - on the straight and narrow for a change... ? Dana
Well thank you Barbara M,. mistress of Skype portraiture. Kudos on the Oprah gig! Thank you so much for the award!
Myrna, you say "truncated", I say "squished". Actually, your descriptive is more accurate. Are you going to do a truncated self portrait?
Dane, I was describing my self portrait as "squished" and Myrna was calling it" truncated", but you take the cake with "on the straight and narrow"! Thanks!
Will the award for the best SP be similar to a USA "Bailout?" Hope so!!
;-))
Mike, As soon as I'm done with my supper, I'll give Mr. Obama a call and see what I can do. A little arm twisting never hurts.
Was perusing Karen Jurick's file of self portraits from the people on her DSFDF blog/project. She uploaded all the self portraits into a file on Picasa. You could try that.
Thanks, Jill. I checked it out, and that may be a possibility.
