What's under that swan?

Answer - Dos Koi. Carandache (spelling??) water soluble crayon on deep turquoise drawing paper. From the Lobenberg art archive of yore.

Fish! As always your colour choices are perfect. Love the turquoise water against the fish.

Amazing these whites. Your Caran d'Ache seem very well cover the colored paper, I have some Faber Castel and they're not equally effective.
