"IN MEMORY OF"
A watercolor portrait I just finished while listening to my main man, Mr. Tom Waits. 140 lb. cold press, half sheet. I dedicate my effort to one of my fav. artists whom I met in the blogosphere . . . William, aka The Crazy, Moore.
